The Remix "Yankee Pride"

The Remix "Yankee Pride"

My first ever post was about work appropriate outfits to display your team spirit; this post continues that theme with this outfit I wore for Opening Day for the World Champion New York Yankees. Since I was disappointed I couldn't make it to see them accept their World Series rings, I put my team spirit on display with this outfit decked out in Yankee colors. The Rampage light grey skirt and jacket was purchased during the after xmas sale with a gift card at Macy's in 2008, the navy turtleneck is this season from H &M, the Hue tights were also this season from Macy's 20% off and the Bandolino suede grey peep toes circa 2007 from their store at Queens Center. The crowning piece is my handmade pearl and blue crystal necklace for one of my favorite Yankee's, Alex Rodriguez. The makeup is from Sephora and gives it a great finish with Makeup Forever Flash color in silver and royal blue which I mixed for my eye shadow and just used only the silver for my lip gloss. Since it's NBA Playoff basketball, look out next week for an outfit inspired by one of my favorite teams still playing, stay tuned to find out which one!
