The Remix: "Earth Tone Neutrals All Year Round"

The Remix: "Earth Tone Neutrals All Year Round"

So last post I put a link and talked about all the Spring/Summer hues that Pantone posted. Well in the Northeast the weather man & calendar may say its spring but the temperature says otherwise! I, as well as many of you, may have been a little too eager to jump into spring! In this post, I show you that you may have to look more like fall than spring but who says browns can only be associated with the leaves changing! In actuality, this pencil skirt from Express from a few years back(you saw its companion skirt in black and grey a few posts back) was in their spring/transition collection because of the lighter material and the Nine West Cognac Patent Leather Sling Backs were also part of their Spring collection back in 2006 I believe purchased at Macy's. The ribbed khaki colored top by Necessary Objects was one of my first ever purchases from Century 21 back in 2002 and the black scarf and not seen black turtleneck are from this season H&M. Tights are my saving grace when it's chilly willy outside and inside the office. They are also a way you can bring color or change a look around for fairly cheap.

Breakdown of Costs:
Skirt- 20.00 sale/special coupon
Shoes- Approx. 35.00 Spring sale/coupon
Turtleneck (not seen) - 12.95-new item+
Scarf- Approx. 15.00-new item
Ribbed Top-Approx. 20.00
Tights-5.00 (Target)
Total: 107.95 (2 new items)
