For my 18th post for #30IN30, I wanted to share a
few of my favorite people on Twitter who give me that pick me up tweet,
aspirational post, or just that real talk needed whether it’s in life, career
or relationships. With so much of my time spent commuting these days, I have a
lot of time for contemplating things and my next moves. Hit me up on Twitter @Stormsez and share who you get
inspiration from on Twitter!
Demetria Lucas –
I first started reading her in the pages of Essence and then got hooked on her
blog, “A Belle in Brooklyn,” then last year her incredible book came out, A Belle in Brooklyn: The Go-to-Girl for
Advice on living Your Best Single Life. If you follow her you will not be
disappointed as she gives incredible advice via Formspring and her various
articles she publishes each week on different publications.
Farrah Gray –
I started following him because of someone else’s re-tweets. After reading more
about Dr. Gray, I am definitely impressed by all he has accomplished at such a
young age and have put his books: Reallionaire & Get Real Get Rich on
my reading list. His quotes about men, life and career are definite
conversation starters and things to ponder.
Great Scott
McKenzie – I believe Twitter
suggested him as someone to follow and I have been hooked ever since! He says a
lot of what most are thinking and has a fresh attitude and take on how things should
be if you take action. After reading his bio he has a rich resume of things he
has accomplished and continues to inspire me!
Raegan Mathis
– I just started following her from the #30IN30 challenge and wonder how I wasn’t
following her before! Her eloquent style of writing and topics such as relationships
showcase her real talk. She is just what the doctor ordered! I feel like she is
a friend in my head!
