Musik Monday Rewind: Swag Salute Producer Jahlil Beats

Post #6 for #30IN30 is a Musik Rewind spotlighting 23-year old producer Jahlil Beats. He signed with Roc Nation last October and produced last summer’s anthem, “I’m a Boss,” by Meek Mill and featured Rick Ross on the original. Prior to all of these great accomplishments, I had the pleasure of interviewing Jahlil back in March of 2011 for Vibe’s Pardon the Introduction series. Find out how Jahlil first started producing for Meek Mill, Chris Brown and Tyga to name a few. He definitely is the future of producers and his humble attitude and killa work ethic should be the blueprint for all those out there trying to make it in this business. He’s definitely “Winnin” like his current single featuring Meek Mill.
