I started by wanting to wear this XOXO skirt I got several years ago at Macy's. The grey jersey bottom with the nice lace detail at the top always makes it a conversation piece at the office. Instead of pairing it with the traditional black sweater I had from before, I decided to spice it up with the purple turtleneck from Forever 21 I got from 2008 along with grape boots from Bakers from 2005 and the only "new" piece is the short lace embroidered front black sweater from Forever 21. The necklace and bracelet of purple and magenta stone beads with gold plated pendant were made by me for my KarmaKreation collection. By putting the pops of color, it made the outfit come alive and break the dreary winter pattern of drabness.
