Transformation Tuesday: Moisturizing Night Creams

With fall definitely in full swing across most parts of the country, time to make the switch to a heavier moisturizer for the lower temps and drier conditions, especially at night. If you have skin anything like mine which is super sensitive, acne prone, dry and with a touch of psoriasis, then you know how difficult it is to find a reaction-free moisturizer product. Here are just a few I have tried that work very well. Definitely ask for samples to try first prior to purchasing a full-size product. Sephora, Kiehl's and Origins are great about accomodating you with one. As always, hit me up on Twitter @Stormsez and let me know what works for you and if you have tried any of these!

     1.    Korres Wild Rose Night Cream ($35.00) – I received a sample   of this from Sephora through the Beauty Insider and this 24hr night brightening cream is definitely hydrating and leaves my skin smooth when I wake up in the morning. The smell is what is so refreshing since for me when I hear rose I think of over powering but this is light and delicious.

    2.   Origins High-Potency Night-A-Mins Cream ($39.50)– I bought this  awhile back and a little goes along way! It took me almost 7 months to finish this jar of this delicious scented orange and vanilla cream. The velvety feel of the cream and the way your skin feels in the morning is delightful!

       3.    Kiehls Midnight Recovery Concentrate Serum ($46.00) – I went into the Kiehl’s store awhile back when this product first was launched and a nice sales person gave me a generous amount  of samples to try and after a week I was hooked again on the scent and the results of how my skin was visibly smoother and “brighter” in the a.m. With this being a serum, some may like the liquid formula versus the thicker creams already mentioned.
