For my 22nd post of the #30IN30 challenge, I am highlighting an artist whose new album,
Chapter V is in stores this week, Trey Songz. Here are a few pics I took at the final show in NYC at the Beacon Theatre for Trey's last album out,
Passion Pain and Pleasure.With his music presence on lock with the ladies and an acting career just beginning, here are three films I would love to be re-made starring Mr. Songz! Ladies, hit me up on Twitter @Stormsez and let me know your thoughts on these and other films that Trey should star in!
1. Boomerang- This memorable movie from 1992 starred Eddie Murphy, Robin Givens, Halle Berry, Martin Lawrence and David Alan Grier. I can see Trey as "Marcus Graham" the smooth talking marketing executive with nice suits and an even nicer apartment set in NYC.
2. Love Jones - Chicago and poetry were the back drops to this love story starring Larenz Tate and Nia Long back in 1997. Ladies, can you see Trey shirtless in the kitchen making a cheese omelet?
3. Coming to America - This 1988 classic had Eddie Murphy traveling to Queens, NY to find his queen to be alongside Arsenio Hall, Eriq La Salle and James Earl Jones. I know Trey definitely will have a line wrapped around buildings to be his bride to be!
